This trio of courses consists of the GPTEC (General Practice Trainer Entry Course) for prospective ESs, the GP Trainer Development course for ESs in their first few years of training and the GP Trainer Inspire course for more experienced ESs.  We explore the role of these courses in facilitating the journey to become an ES, becoming establishing in the role and ongoing professional development as a more experienced educator.
